Cancellation and Refund Policy
If canceled 21 days before arrival, no cancellation charge is applicable.
If canceled 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged based on booked basis.
If canceled 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged based on booked basis.
If canceled during the stay, 100% of the total amount will be charged on booked basis.
If the patient refuses treatments, medicine, meals, or any other package inclusion during the stay due to personal reasons, they will be charged the full per-day package rate.
If a scheduled treatment cannot be performed due to the patient’s health condition, confirmed by the doctor in charge, 50% of the per-day package rate will be charged. (subject to change, Terms & Conditions apply.)
In the event of an early departure, Mangata Ayurveda (Pvt) Ltd. will not provide any form of refund.
