• Prohibited Activities – Alcohol and smoking are not allowed on the premises.
• Ayurvedic Medicines – Available upon request for an additional charge.
• Additional Treatments – Extra Ayurvedic treatments can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Meal Plan Options – Choose between Full Board and Half Board meal plans.
• Medical Treatments – Please note, treatments for major medical conditions will not be provided.

• If canceled 21 days before arrival, no cancellation charge is applicable.
• If canceled 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged based on booked basis.
• If canceled 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged based on booked basis.
• If canceled during the stay, 100% of the total amount will be charged on booked basis.
• If the patient refuses treatments, medicine, meals, or any other package inclusion during the stay due to personal reasons, they will be charged the full per-day package rate.
• If a scheduled treatment cannot be performed due to the patient’s health condition, confirmed by the doctor in charge, 50% of the per-day package rate will be charged. (Subject to change, Terms & Conditions apply.)
• In the event of an early departure, Mangata Ayurveda (Pvt) Ltd. will not provide any form of refund.
